HH Property Services is looking for a Field Service technician to join us. This is a contractor position and is paid commission weekly. This job will involve a lot of on the road traveling in northern Illinois and potentially the close edges of neighboring states. Candidates should ideally live near Aurora.
The Field Service Technicians responsibilities include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs at client location.
- Ensuring that a high quality of work is achieved.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinating with the office dispatch.
Requirements:
- DEPENDABLE VEHICLE FOR WORK (MUST HAVE). Your vehicle should be capable of transporting all necessary tools, equipment and supplies to a jobsite.
- Valid Drivers License.
- English Proficiency.
- Eligible to work legally in the USA.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Some experience in general repair / clogs / flooring repair / faucet replacement / toilet replacements / drywall repair / etc...
- Has some general repair tools.
- Must be able to communicate via email and phone call.
- Willing to travel 2-3 hours from home as work requires.
- Must be able to provide general liability insurance within 1st 30 days.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
