Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Train clients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal regulations.
