Aerial Installation Technician | Seasonal Position | 75% Travel Required | 21+ & Valid DL

We are an ACCT Accredited Vendor company who builds zip lines, ropes courses, climbing towers, and adventure parks across California and beyond. We're hiring a hands-on installer who's serious about the craft. We are a crew of climbers with a serious passion for construction, traveling and building.
What You'll Do
Support field operations by:
- Strategic and creative responses to unexpected challenges
- Demonstrable leadership that uplifts your team
- Trustworthy self-starter work ethic
- Climb trees and install aerial elements; climbing towers, ropes courses and zip lines!
- Use hand and power tools daily
Let's Talk If You Are:
- Serious about safety
- Excited about travel to project sites across California and beyond
- Comfortable working at heights and in harnesses for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and moving across uneven terrain—think ‘trail crew’ stamina, not ‘office chair’ ergonomics
- Able to show up ready to work (rain or shine), and won’t leave us hanging (literally)
- Handy with tools
Bonus Points if You:
- Have worked a ropes course, climbing gym, or summer camp
- Know basic knots/rigging (or you’re eager to learn)
- First Aid / CPR / Wilderness First Responder Training
- No formal experience? Show us your passion; we’ll train the right person
Must love: Dirt, heights, sweat, travel, and the perks of a seasonal flow.
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
