The Entry Level Customer Representative works with our customers, helping them discover AT&T Fiber's fast, reliable connectivity while developing the sales skills that will carry them throughout their careers.
As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you’ll receive training to specialize in AT&T Fiber’s fast connections and customer acquisition. Our program equips our Entry Level Customer Representative with the sales skills to engage customers in person and explain how AT&T delivers the consistency our customers need for effortless streaming and daily activities.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative
- Greet our customers in person, listen to their personal connectivity needs, and recommend AT&T Fiber’s reliable home Wi-Fi solutions.
- Explain how AT&T Fiber provides fast, consistent internet connections in person that support seamless streaming, online learning, and remote work at home.
- Highlight the benefits of AT&T Fiber’s simple setup in person, helping customers enjoy effortless entertainment and connectivity without interruptions.
- Share stories from our customers who have experienced improved home Wi-Fi performance with AT&T Fiber to build trust and credibility.
- Offer sales suggestions for upgrading their current internet service to AT&T Fiber for a faster, more reliable network.
- Emphasize that AT&T Fiber supports multiple devices simultaneously, making it easier for families to stay connected and entertained.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and take on new sales challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Strong listening, sales, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
Pay: $51,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
