Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accuracy in sales transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible food handling practices.
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while offering suggestions for food pairings or specialty drinks.
- Handle cash register operations, including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Collaborate with team members during busy hours in nightclub or banquet settings to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in setup and breakdown for catering events or special functions, supporting overall restaurant or hospitality operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate effective time management in fast-paced environments with high-volume service periods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Experience working with diverse beverage menus including brewing techniques or specialty cocktails is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
