Franchised auto dealer is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our busy collision repair center. We have work and technicians
Position Overview
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of our busy body shop operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitability, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily body shop operations, including production flow, technician supervision, and workflow efficiency
- Oversee collision repair estimates, parts procurement, and quality control
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and support staff
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and DRP partners
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards
- Monitor financial performance (gross profit, efficiency, cycle time, etc.)
- Deliver a superior customer experience from initial estimate through delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven Body Shop experience
- Strong proficiency with CCC One estimating and management system (required)
- Strong technical knowledge of collision repair processes and modern vehicle repair techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
