Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Pay: $32–$35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Hybrid – 4 days per week in office, 1 remote
Type: Temporary with strong potential for temp-to-hire
We're seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the leadership of a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on making a positive impact in the lives of our community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes. You’ll help manage executive schedules, inboxes, priorities, and day-to-day needs while also overseeing the general operations of a small, collaborative office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, use good judgment, and take ownership of tasks without requiring significant oversight. At the same time, you should be comfortable asking questions when you need direction—the leadership team is accessible, supportive, and happy to help.
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, inboxes, and competing priorities
- Help identify and handle items that do not require direct executive involvement
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Prepare materials and assist with logistics for board and other important meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors, including IT, printers, phones, and other services
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Help keep day-to-day office operations organized and running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support to a small office of approximately 8–10 employees
- Assist with special projects and other administrative needs as they arise
What We’re Looking For
- Previous executive assistant, office management, or senior administrative support experience
- Strong Outlook skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfortable taking initiative and figuring out what needs to happen next
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- A genuine connection to the organization's nonprofit mission and an interest in supporting work that benefits our community
Schedule & Compensation
This position is expected to work four days per week in the office, with approximately one remote day. Ideal hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with some flexibility to shift the schedule by approximately 30 minutes.
Pay is $32–$35 per hour. This position will begin on a temporary basis with strong potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed.
