Position Title:Account Coordinator
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $29.00 DOE Non-Exempt
Reports to:Customer Service Manager
Position Summary:The Account Coordinator acts as the customer liaison and is responsible for the accurate and professional exchange of information on daily business activities between customers and our internal team. The Account Coordinator is a key interface with the customer and coordinates cross functionally with internal team, playing a pivotal role in the success of our customer relationship.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Task/Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Track and expedite all aspects of orders for assigned customers.
Responsible for coordinating daily shipments.
Acts as the main liaison between the customer and production facilities.
Maintain customer’s materials and process of production run to ensure delivery dates are met.
Completes required reports (status reports, inventory reports, etc.) for the customer.
Establish customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution.
Interfaces with the customer via phone, email, etc., and will visit customers with sales director and attends tradeshows as required.
Supports Salesperson starting with order entry, follow ups, sample coordination, and ensuring shipments go out as scheduled.

Critical thinker, able to solve problems independently and take charge of own accounts while coordinating with sales.
Successfully handles time pressures and deadline changes.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school or associate degree with 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred but negotiable.
- Experience in OEM/Private Label manufacturing is a plus.
- A successful candidate thrives in fast paced working environment and can multi-task with a positive attitude while able to work well with teams.
Working Conditions/Job EnvironmentMost work will be indoors with limited exposure to outside elements. There will be time spent on the Production floor and in the Warehouse, tracking projects and components, so appropriate dress and safety requirements must be adhered to at all times. This position requires consistent and positive interaction with internal staff and customers.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
