Profloors is looking for a dynamic, fast paced, organized and attention to detail type person to join the purchasing & operations teamThis role will report directly to the purchasing manager and will play an essential role in the companies day to day operation. a successful candidate will assist in the purchasing of over 200 SKU’s in a fun, fast paced, high demand environment with some of the best people in the industry.
General Job Duties:
· Daily Ordering of all products
· Maintain data base pricing
· Warehouse Organization
· Maintain proper Inventory/Stock
· Maintain samples
· Receive materials in system
· Receive Commercial materials
· Verify Commercial Materials
· Communicate / Stage Commercial materials
· Process material claims
· Process material returns
· Follow up on credits due
· Run/calculate usage reports
· Researching alternate products
· Identifying/researching cost save opportunities
· Maintaining warehouse Cleanliness
· Learn field measures & refigures
· Support Allocating as necessary
· Staging/Verification of Materials
· Research inventory variance
· Cycle count inventory
· Submit orders
· General admin duties
· Supporting sales team requests
· Maintain supplier relationships
· Follow up/direct logistic requirements
· Trouble shoot/reconcile invoice discrepancies
· Support, participate, help run, quarterly and year end physical inventory
· Support and Back up the Wholesale division
· Order materials for the Wholesale Division
· Learn all jobs, functions and processes within the warehouse
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
· Positive can-do attitude, solid work ethic, punctuality, willingness to learn and good attendance are fundamental
· Bi-lingual in English / Spanish a plus but not required.
· Strong typing and data entry skills, Microsoft Excel and Outlook a plus
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Previous forklift experience a plus but not required
· Previous flooring experience, or knowledge a plus but not required
Full time position – Monday – Friday 7am to 4:00pm
Hours may flex for seasonal or high demand and an occasional Saturday as necessary

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
