3B Realty Group is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, personable, and licensed Real Estate Agent to join our Leasing Division as a Home Tour Specialist.
This is a part-time, hourly position—not a commission sales role. If you enjoy meeting new people, touring homes throughout Cincinnati, and helping connect great residents with great landlords, we’d love to meet you.
Schedule Availability
Applicants must be available for:
● Sunday (required)
● Monday–Thursday evenings
● Saturday availability is strongly preferred
Because our prospective residents often tour homes after work and on weekends, reliability during these hours is essential.
What You’ll Do
● Conduct private and scheduled tours of rental homes throughout the Cincinnati area.
● Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for prospective residents.
● Answer questions about available homes, neighborhoods, leasing timelines, the application process, and our leasing policies, protocols, and requirements.
● Observe prospective tenants and provide thoughtful feedback to our leasing team regarding professionalism, preparedness, and overall fit.
● Provide helpful feedback to our maintenance and turnover team regarding the condition of the home after tours, helping strengthen communication and support a smooth transition between occupancy and turnover.
● Represent 3B Realty Group with warmth, integrity, and professionalism.
● Coordinate closely with our Leasing Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience.

● Holds an active Ohio Real Estate License.
● Is friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
● Communicates professionally and promptly.
● Is punctual, dependable, and organized.
● Has reliable transportation and is comfortable driving throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
● Has excellent instincts and strong people-reading skills.
● Understands that every tour is an opportunity to create an outstanding first impression—for both our residents and our property owners.
● Values clear communication and understands the importance of sharing accurate observations that help both the leasing and maintenance teams operate efficiently.
