Our church is seeking a relational, organized, and ministry-minded leader who is passionate about helping people connect with God and take their next steps in faith.
This role is designed to strengthen the overall Sunday experience by helping oversee guest assimilation, volunteer engagement, ministry coordination, and worship/media support. We are looking for someone who thrives in building teams, creating welcoming environments, and developing systems that help people move from attending to belonging.
A significant aspect of this role includes serving on and helping strengthen our worship ministry. The ideal candidate has vocal and/or musical ability, previous worship team experience, and a desire to help lead people in worship. While this position is not a traditional Worship Director role, worship leadership experience will be considered a major qualification in the hiring process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help oversee the Sunday guest experience from parking lot to platform.
- Lead and improve assimilation and next-steps processes.
- Recruit, train, and care for volunteers.
- Help coordinate Sunday services and ministry environments.
- Serve as a key contributor to worship ministry through singing, leading, planning, or team development based on gifting and experience.
- Collaborate with church staff to create excellent and engaging Sunday services.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong relational and leadership skills.
- Passion for helping people connect and engage in church life.
- Experience in volunteer leadership, guest services, assimilation, or ministry operations.
- Demonstrated vocal or musical ability.
- Previous worship team or worship leadership experience preferred.
- Organized, teachable, and team-oriented.
- Growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with our church's mission and values.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
