Cisco Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Door Technician in Lansing, MI. This position would report to our Door & Gate division located in Muskegon.
About Our Field Service Technicians:
Our Door Technicians travel to customer locations, using a company van/truck, to provide the on-site client installation, repair, and maintenance of all brands of sectional doors, rolling doors, and entry doors.
Essential Duties:
- Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation on Commercial Doors
- Troubleshoot Door Equipment, Mechanisms, Mechanical and Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of Gate Access Systems
- Coordinate with Parts and Service Department Daily
- Complete Work Orders in a Timely Manner
- Perform any Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- Have a valid driver's license in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Residential Door Service
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Good customer service skills
- Can work independently
- Utilize technology (i.e. laptop and tablet)
This position will require a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, as well as a physical exam and a background check.
