You'll have a say in your workload, half day Fridays throughout the summer, and outside of busy season the team returns to a 40 hour week.
This is a 25 person CPA firm where you'll work closely with Partners, build genuine client relationships, and see far more than one small piece of the puzzle.
The client base includes small businesses, agriculture, trusts, estates, and individual clients, so the work stays varied. You'll review returns, support year end accounting, help clients understand what their numbers are actually telling them, and continue building your review experience rather than getting stuck preparing returns forever.
Whether you work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from the office, you'll be trusted to manage your time while staying connected to the team.
