Finn's Physical Therapy for Her is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing private practice in Fayetteville, NC.
We are a therapist-owned clinic specializing in women's health, pelvic health, and orthopedic care. Our mission is to provide exceptional one-on-one treatment that helps patients return to the activities they love while feeling heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering individualized care and building meaningful relationships with patients. Whether you are an experienced pelvic health therapist or interested in developing this specialty area, we provide mentorship and support to help you grow.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments
- Treat orthopedic and/or pelvic health conditions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and self-management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with providers and community partners to support patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
