Role Overview
The Sales & Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering, processing, and managing advertising orders while ensuring accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, clients, and media partners to support order fulfillment, maintain campaign details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure information is accurately communicated across teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment. Experience in media, advertising sales, or sports media is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Enter, process, and maintain advertising orders, ensuring all campaign information is complete and accurate.
- Review order details including flight dates, impressions, CPMs, markets, networks, programming, and other campaign specifications.
- Maintain accurate campaign and order records throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Track order status, campaign changes, revisions, and outstanding items to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Review insertion orders and related campaign documentation for accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate campaign requirements and updates clearly across Sales, Operations, and external media partners.
- Support campaign revisions, including changes to flight dates, impressions, markets, programming, creative, or other order details.
- Assist with campaign fulfillment and reconciliation by confirming that final order and delivery information is accurately documented.
- Maintain organized files, trackers, and internal resources so campaign information is easily accessible across teams.
- Support weekly and monthly internal updates related to active orders, upcoming campaigns, inventory needs, and outstanding operational items.
Additional duties may include assisting with rate cards and sales materials, coordinating inventory and availability requests, supporting makegood and campaign adjustment processes, improving internal tracking workflows, maintaining standardized order documentation, and providing ad hoc operational support to Sales, Operations, and leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and presentation etiquette.
- Customer service or client support experience with an emphasis on responsiveness, follow-through, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and similar business applications is preferred.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, advertising sales, or sports-related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base: $50,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
