Administer medications and document treatments according to established protocols

Monitor patients and report concerns to nursing staff

Maintain accurate records and medication documentation

Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care

Promote a safe and professional environment

Current registration on the North Carolina Medication Aide Registry is required

Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Must successfully complete facility credentialing requirements
