We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R and lHot Side Technician who knows their way around walk-ins, ice machines, and commercial kitchen equipment. Our biggest clients are restaurants, hotels, and churches — places where downtime is not an option. What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and gas issues accurately
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Document work clearly and professionally
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customers
- Handle emergency calls and on-call rotation
- Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Keep truck and workspace clean and organized
- Support team communication and efficiency
A Realistic Note About Scheduling
Commercial service isn’t a predictable 9–5. We schedule efficiently, but walk-in cooler/freezer failures and other emergencies can shift the day on a dime. If you’re steady under pressure and good at pivoting, you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years commercial HVAC/R or commercial kitchen equipment experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in commercial environments
- Independent, reliable, and professional
Preferred
- CFESA certification
- NATE certification or HVAC trade school diploma
- OSHA 10/30
- Experience servicing restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, or food production facilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$35 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Top of range ($33–$35/hr) requires CFESA Master Certified Technician status
