There are physical therapy jobs, and then there are physical therapy careers in places people actually want to live. Boulder needs no sell — the Flatirons, Pearl Street, Chautauqua Park, world-class road cycling, 300 days of sunshine, Rocky Mountain National Park 45 minutes away. You already know what it means. And with clinics in Westminster, Golden, and Superior, North Boulder PT gives you Boulder County lifestyle access from wherever makes sense for you. Live where you want. Work where you've always wanted to be.
What you'll find inside the practice matches what's outside it. Four clinic locations across one of Colorado's premier counties means a visible path for ambitious clinicians — clinical leadership and site management opportunities within a well-established private practice, without leaving the region you chose. And North Boulder PT's commitment to evidence-based care comes with something rare in this market: unlimited continuing education, no budget cap, no approval process. Larger health systems have capped it. We've made it limitless.
North Boulder PT is a physical therapist-owned outpatient practice. That means clinicians have a real voice in patient care and the clinic culture. We invest in our therapists because confident, supported clinicians produce the best outcomes.
You’ll join a team where mentorship is part of the job, collaboration is real, and professional growth is encouraged. Our clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes, and we prioritize creating a work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.

Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology
