At OPTIONS, you’ll play a vital role supporting our team as we help individuals with developmental disabilities live and work in their community.
- Help clients identify career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Support job search activities, including applications and resumes.
- Prepare clients for interviews and workplace expectations.
- Provide coaching on communication, professionalism, punctuality, and organization.
- Assist with onboarding and adjustment to a new workplace.
- Monitor progress and help solve workplace challenges.
- Communicate with employers or partner organizations when appropriate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coaching, counseling, workforce development, education, or human services.
- Ability to motivate and support diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of employment readiness, job retention, and workplace behavior.
- Organizational and case management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
