LAK9s is a world-renowned dog care facility providing premium dog daycare, overnight boarding, and professional dog training. We are currently hiring Dog Care Professionals to join our team at our Culver City, CA location.
This role is best suited for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and calm under pressure. Experience working with dogs is strongly preferred, but professionalism, accountability, and work ethic are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage dogs in daycare and boarding environments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured facility
- Handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Follow established safety, handling, and operational protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely responsible and reliable
- Consistently punctual — on-time attendance is mandatory; this role does not allow for habitual lateness
- Comfortable working on your feet in a physically demanding role
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, calm, and attentive around dogs of all temperaments
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
