Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza doughs, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicing tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety procedures.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or ingredient combinations.
- Support high-volume production during busy hours while adhering to recipe specifications.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely, consistent, and delicious pizzas that meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is highly desirable, especially with pizza making strongly preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Experience with recipe adherence and meal preparation in high-volume environments.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for creating great-tasting food in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
