Our company is holding interviews for a general cleaning position for an experienced professional. This job includes cleaning the common areas inside peoples homes or offices of businesses. The ideal candidate will be capable of doing all types of common tasks, such as cleaning inside of windows, wiping cabinets down top to bottom, vacuuming and mopping floors etc. And some more complicated tasks such as a bleach treatment of a shower or removing hard water scale from faucets. A successful candidate will also be able to keep up with the housekeeping duties associated with each individuals home and remember which services are provided in each.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate concerns of clients home to management
- Provide a transparent and prompt service for our clients
- Become a dependable person for homeowners to count on when they need help most.
- Clean residential homes.
- Clean various surfaces such as countertops, mirrors, windows, and floors.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.
- Clean hard-to-reach places.
- Maintain confidentiality and security.
Qualifications
- Proven 5 years of experience in residential cleaning and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Familiarity with laundry and housekeeping management
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a Required
- Ability to work cohesively and efficiently as a team in a residential setting
Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per day
