Job Summary:
Seeking a Program Evaluation Lead to support public health program evaluation, data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Community Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of program evaluation experience.
- 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Must reside in Tennessee or a surrounding area and be able to commute to the office regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evaluation and data collection strategies.
- Analyze data and prepare program reports.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues.
- Maintain databases, records, and evaluation documentation.
- Train staff on evaluation and quality improvement processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quality improvement planning and implementation.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
