Want to build a career in pelvic health without giving up the variety of outpatient orthopedics? Renew Physical Therapy is looking for a PT who is already practicing pelvic health, or is excited to develop pelvic health as a specialty, to join our Hillman City team.
We are a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice focused on building meaningful relationships with our patients, teammates, and community. As Renew’s original location, Hillman City has an established patient base and a diverse clinical team with a wide range of experience and specialty interests.
We’re especially interested in adding a clinician who is passionate about pelvic health and whole-person care. This could be an experienced pelvic health provider looking for a new clinical home or an orthopedic PT who wants the mentorship, education, and support to build pelvic health into their practice.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop a caseload that blends pelvic health and general orthopedics while working alongside clinicians who value evidence-based care, clinical reasoning, collaboration, and continued growth.
Why Join Renew?
45-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions
Pelvic health care requires time, trust, and individualized attention. Our model gives you dedicated one-on-one time to listen, evaluate, educate, and treat each patient from start to finish.
Build or expand your pelvic health specialty
Already practicing pelvic health? Bring your expertise and continue growing your caseload. Interested but newer to the specialty? We support clinicians in developing the education, skills, and confidence needed to become a pelvic health provider.
Treat the whole person
Pelvic health rarely exists in isolation. Our orthopedic foundation allows clinicians to look beyond a single body region and incorporate strength, movement, mobility, manual therapy, education, and progressive loading into comprehensive care.
A diverse clinical environment
Work alongside clinicians with interests spanning pelvic health, orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ, bike fitting, sports rehabilitation, and more. Collaboration happens naturally throughout the day, giving you opportunities to learn from other specialties while sharing your own expertise.
Opportunities to deepen your clinical expertise
We invest in continuing education and professional development so you can pursue pelvic health training and other areas that support the clinician you want to become.
An experienced, collaborative team
Hillman City is an environment where clinicians regularly share ideas, troubleshoot challenging cases, and learn from one another. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to that culture while continuing to grow themselves.
Flexible scheduling with built-in documentation time
Excellent patient care requires sustainable schedules. We prioritize flexibility, work-life balance, and dedicated time to stay on top of documentation.
A place to build your career long term
We want clinicians to have room to evolve. Opportunities exist to grow through clinical specialization, mentorship, student education, leadership, community outreach, and other areas based on your interests.
Meaningful community impact
Hillman City serves one of Seattle’s most diverse communities. We’re committed to providing inclusive, individualized, evidence-based care and expanding access to high-quality pelvic health services within the community.
Our Core Values
Service & Community
We serve our patients, coworkers, and community with compassion, inclusivity, and integrity.

We believe great clinicians thrive when they have a strong team around them and the ability to maintain balance both inside and outside the clinic.
