DexaFit Cincinnati & Optimize MD is seeking an individual who is both clinically skilled and customer‑focused. This 5-15 hours a week position blends hands‑on phlebotomy with light administrative and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced, certified phlebotomist who enjoys interacting with clients, supporting wellness and lifestyle medicine, and supports patients through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy & Clinical Support
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with a high level of accuracy and patient comfort.
- Prepare, label, and process specimens according to clinic protocols and CLIA standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of phlebotomy and testing areas.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Greeting clients and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
- Check clients in and out, verify information, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
- Support patient care coordination
Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centered approach.
- Comfortable multitasking between clinical and administrative duties.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
