Duties
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage complex medical procedures such as IV infusions, and catheterizations with precision.
- Coordinate diagnostic evaluations including laboratory tests, imaging procedures like CT scans and sonography, and specimen collection for accurate diagnosis.
- Document all patient interactions meticulously within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as PCC, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, behavioral health, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as PCC for efficient medical documentation.
- Ability to perform complex skills such as phlebotomy, tube feeding management, and sterile processing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology to ensure clear patient education and team collaboration.

Pay: $34.00 - $43.25 per hour
