This is NOT a desk-management position. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is comfortable actively participating in the day-to-day operations of a small hotel. This role is ideal for someone with experience in front desk, housekeeping, property care, hotels, inns, resorts, or short-term rentals who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking pride in keeping a property running smoothly. In a small operation like ours, leadership means jumping in and doing the work alongside the team when needed. Please note that flexibility is required. Schedules and days off may occasionally change based on occupancy, emergencies, weather, or operational needs.

What This Role Actually Looks Like: This is a very hands-on operational role. Some days may involve:
- Checking guests in and out
- Making hotel reservations
- Assisting with the hotel continental breakfast
- Fixing small maintenance issues
- Assisting with room turnovers
- Helping with laundry
- Assuring the cleaning of common spaces
- Setting up rooms for arriving guests
- Managing supplies and deliveries
- Supporting housekeeping during busy turnover days
- Coordinating vendors when needed
- Helping ensure the property is guest-ready every day
