Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Palletizer to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe stacking, organizing, and preparing of pallets for shipment or storage within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, demonstrate proficiency with heavy equipment operation, and adhere strictly to safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Safely operate palletizing equipment, including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and forklifts, to load and unload materials
- Stack products onto pallets with precision, ensuring stability for transportation and storage
- Use RF scanners and basic math skills to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading goods efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper materials handling and documentation
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols during all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to ergonomic practices
- Ensure all heavy equipment is operated responsibly and maintained regularly for safety
- Support inventory management efforts by organizing stock locations and conducting periodic cycle counts
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving processes
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners for order accuracy
- Basic math proficiency for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
- Excellent manual handling skills with an emphasis on heavy lifting techniques
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and OSHA regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
