About Us:
We are an award-winning facility that offers top notch grooming at 2 locations in McKinney (2nd Family Dogs and UltiMutts). We believe every pet deserves a stress-free, positive grooming experience. Our team is friendly, professional, and dedicated to delivering top-quality care to both pets and their owners.

Required:
- At least 2 years experience
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual, enthusiastic, and reliable
You will be required to come in to show your grooming skills. Must bring your own tools to complete the grooming assessment.
Schedule:
Full time: 5 days a week. Monday-Friday is preferred but we are flexible on days
Pay:
60% commission plus tips
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a full range of grooming services including baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and more
- Consult with pet parents to understand grooming preferences and special needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming grooming environment
- Handle pets with patience, care, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous grooming experience required (professional training or certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine love for animals

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
