Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff to help maintain and care for our properties. This position involves general property upkeep, handyman repairs, and daily cleaning duties to ensure the properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance around the properties
- Complete handyman repairs as needed
- Clean and prepare properties each morning
- Handle basic repairs such as painting, light plumbing, minor electrical work, drywall repair, and fixture replacement, etc.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable
- Report larger maintenance issues when identified
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must bring own tools to do repairs
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
