What You’ll Do (And Learn!)
- General Hands-On Repairs: Handle everyday fixes in guest suites and public areas, including minor drywall repair, painting, fixing furniture, and troubleshooting basic fixtures.
- Preventative Maintenance: Learn how to run proactive diagnostic checks on guest rooms to keep everything in top-notch shape before a guest ever checks in.
- Basic Systems Care: Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and commercial pool maintenance.
- Guest Support: Be the hero of the day by responding to guest room maintenance requests quickly and with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe environment by keeping hallways, walkways, and back-of-house areas clear and reporting any potential safety hazards.
Who You Are
- The "Go-To" Handy Person: You already know how to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. You enjoy fixing things and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
- Eager to Learn: You don’t need to be a certified expert yet! We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is excited to learn commercial building trades.
- A People Person: You’ll be interacting with our guests, so a warm, professional, and courteous attitude is a must.
- Reliable and Detailed: You take pride in your work and can be counted on to show up ready to go for your Friday, Sunday, and Monday shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs unassisted throughout your shift.

Qualifications
- Basic experience with home repairs, carpentry, painting, or DIY projects (professional maintenance experience is a plus, but not required).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
