Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, immunizations, and other prescribed therapies.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as specimen collection/processing.
- Monitor patients' conditions closely in various settings like, outpatient clinics, and promptly to changes in status.
- Document all patient interactions meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and behavioral health to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Provide education and health coaching to patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, nutrition.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LVN) with current certification in basic life support (BLS) .
- Proven experience in behavioral health and substance abuse t environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, and medical documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and specimen processing is advantageous.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
