We are a growing IT Managed Services company in the Phoenix area looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both numbers and customer interaction. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll DoBookkeeping Responsibilities (50–60%)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries
- Assist with payroll data entry
- Support year‑end reporting and coordination with CPA
Inside Sales Responsibilities (40–50%)
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order confirmations
- Follow up on open quotes and warm leads
- Maintain CRM records and update customer information
- Provide product knowledge and customer support
- Coordinate with operations/warehouse teams on order status
- Assist with light outbound sales outreach as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks preferred)
- Experience in customer service or inside sales
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Preferred:
- QuickBooks IES or Online or Desktop experience
- CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
