Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer) is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time and in excellent condition while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Do
Order Picking & Fulfillment
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick tickets and warehouse procedures.
- Verify products and quantities prior to order fulfillment.
- Maintain high levels of order accuracy while meeting productivity expectations.
- Support efficient inventory utilization by identifying available in-house components and kits.
Packing & Shipping
- Package customer orders to ensure safe transportation and product protection.
- Prepare shipments according to carrier and shipping requirements.
- Load completed shipments for outbound delivery.
- Verify completed orders prior to shipment.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Restock warehouse bins and recycle packaging materials as appropriate.
- Follow established warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Dependable, reliable, and motivated to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Frequently climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Possess sufficient vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely perform essential job duties.
