§ Assist the Special Projects and Training Manager with daily tasks related to onboarding, training, case management, and job aids.
§ Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events by maintaining calendars, preparing agendas, reserving meeting space, taking meeting minutes, distributing announcements, and following up on assigned action items.
§ Assist in preparing, updating, formatting, organizing, and distributing training materials, job aids, standard operating procedures, onboarding resources, presentations, reports, forms, and other departmental documents.
§ Collect, organize and prepare statistics, spreadsheets, reports and other statistical data for management review.
§ Assist with grant applications, reporting requirements, internship coordination, and other special initiatives as assigned.
§ Maintain and update the Court's Non-IV-D website and SharePoint site.
§ Alongside the Administrative Assistant for the Deputy Administration, assist in recruitment and hiring of staff and serve as back-up for daily functions if out of the office.
§ Assist with testing new procedures, software, and technology and reporting findings to management.
§ Maintain electronic filing systems, training records, project documentation, and departmental files.
§ Provide support for new judges and judicial staff to the Family Division, as directed by the Deputy Administrator.
§ Provide general back-up to the Non-IV-D departments, both in-person staffing needs and back-office duties.
