Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Injection / Blow Mold Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating injection molding machines and a strong understanding of the plastics manufacturing process. This role involves ensuring the quality of molded products, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
Duties
- Operate, monitor and set up injection / blow molding machines to produce plastic components.
- Ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools and machinery as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools for precise measurements during production.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plastics injection /blow molding is required.
- Familiarity with machining processes and the use of hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment and follow safety protocols.
- Experience working with injection /blow molds is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes related to injection molding operations.
