Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Administrator to support and strengthen our firm’s network, systems, and security infrastructure. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who places a strong emphasis on accurate documentation, consistent ticket handling, standardization, and best practices, particularly in environments that manage sensitive client data.
This IT Administrator will be working in our Everett, WA branch supporting about 60 onsite staff with support from the HQ IT in Kirkland, WA. This role reports to the IT Compliance & Systems Manager.
Compensation, Benefits & Other
- Base pay: $25/hour; performance review at 90 days
- Medical and Dental offered after 60 days

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Manage internal IT support tickets, ensuring thorough, timely, and consistent documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes
- Maintain clear and organized ticket records to support audits, knowledge sharing, and process improvement
- Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly audits as assigned
- Provide ongoing administration and support of network infrastructure, including switches and related hardware
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience working in an Office 365 environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to document work accurately and consistently, especially within ticketing systems
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced network administration or engineering experience
- Experience improving IT documentation, workflows, or ticketing standards
