Allegria Village is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team in Dearborn.

- Complete maintenance service requests and work orders promptly
- Perform general repairs including:
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical work
- Drywall and flooring repairs
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Painting and unit turns/refurbishing
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support building systems including pumps, motors, generators, and water systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory
- Follow OSHA and safety procedures including PPE and Lockout/Tagout
- Deliver friendly, professional service to residents and staff
- Participate in on-call rotation and team projects
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Apartment maintenance
- Facilities maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Property maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HVAC certification or hands-on HVAC experience
- Experience in:
- Senior living communities
- Apartment communities
- Residential or commercial facilities
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in an active environment
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required
- Employment contingent upon background check
