Position Summary
Nubratori RX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Pharmacist to join our growing team. This position will support pharmacy operations within a 503B outsourcing facility, including sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and documentation review.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in USP <795> , USP <797> and USP <800> understands the expectations of a regulated compounding environment, and can work effectively with different personalities and team dynamics while helping lead the team in an efficient and collaborative manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and oversee daily pharmacy operations within a 503B outsourcing facility environment.
- Ensure compliance with company’s SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Review, verify, and supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding activities in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, regulatory, and operations teams to maintain compliant and efficient workflow.
- Perform pharmacist oversight of compounding-related activities, documentation review, and batch record review.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with company and regulatory expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to strengthen operational efficiency, compliance, and overall team performance.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to technicians and pharmacy staff as needed.
- Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute positively to team culture
Preferred Qualifications, but not mandatory
- Knowledgeable in USP <795> , USP <797> and USP <800>
- Experience with sterile and or non-sterile compounding strongly preferred
- Additional pharmacist licensure in other states is a plus
