Our operators travel with sports teams, tourists, student groups, and daily line-runs, ensuring a memorable and safe journey for all passengers.
Job Title: Motorcoach Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a motorcoach for various travel assignments.
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage.
- Handle early morning departures, late-night arrivals, and extended travel periods, including multiple days and nights away from home.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment on the motorcoach.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CDL B with passenger endorsement (preferred). Training is available for those without this certification.
- Physically able to handle luggage and assist passengers as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnight trips, and weekends
- Willingness to be away from home for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a motorcoach operator or in a similar driving role.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations specific to commercial driving.
