We are seeking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to join our fast-paced production team. In this position, you will handle hot syrup bottling, product packaging, and order preparation. Because we produce high volumes of active orders daily, strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical to maintaining our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Safely assist in the bottling, labeling, and sealing of hot syrups following all safety, efficiency, and cleanliness protocols
- Order Preparation: Accurately pack and prepare customer orders with minimal to zero error.
- Efficiency: Maintain a steady, productive work pace to kee up with high-volume orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products during preparation to ensure correct labeling, proper seals, and order accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing minimum 50lbs or more throughout the shift.
- Ability to assist in any deliveries when needed:
* Must have driver's license
* Comfortable operating a delivery van
Qualification & Skills:
- Attentiveness: Maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure zero order or bottling errors.
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
- Safety Conscious: Ability to adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene standards required when working with hot liquids.
Shift & Availability:
- Morning Shift: 8 am - 4 pm
- Weekdays: Monday - Friday
- Peak & Holiday season: Open to working additional days during peak demand periods, new product launches, and the busy holiday seasons.
