Summary
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at MOTESSORI KIDS UNIVERSE OF LEANDER. In this role, you will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages the growth and development of preschool-aged children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori method.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior in a constructive manner to promote a respectful atmosphere.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred.
- Experience with the Montessori teaching method is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of toddler care and preschool education principles.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
