Core Reach Group is seeking an Entry Level Manager to lead our retail team in Laredo. This isn’t your average management job, it’s an accelerated path to management where you will be the face of our clients, delivering elite solutions and at the forefront of every customer experience.

Responsibilities as an Entry Level Manager:
- Assist customers with account management, including reviewing current services, updating account details, and helping them enroll in client options when appropriate.
- Help coordinate the customer experience on the retail floor by guiding guests through available services and ensuring they feel confident in their selections.
- Support & manage the onboarding and day-to-day guidance of customer service representatives
- Assist with account adjustments through secure digital platforms to ensure a smooth and efficient setup for customers.
- Help maintain strong customer relationships by resolving basic concerns, following up when needed, and promoting a positive and welcoming store environment.
Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Manager
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Energetic, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn new client promotions and devices.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong advantage in the Texas market but not mandatory
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
