About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active or eligible licensure in Alabama (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience in individual and/or group therapy settings preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
