We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. If you're passionate about clinical excellence, developing strong teams, and delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Lead all nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure exceptional resident care and strong quality outcomes
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
- Maintain survey readiness and CMS/AHCA compliance
- Drive QAPI initiatives and clinical performance
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and department operations
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida RN license
- 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Previous DON or ADON experience preferred
- Knowledge of CMS and AHCA regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
