The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the Swim School meets and exceeds expectations for providing a safe pool experience. They have working knowledge of swim lessons and evaluates pool conditions. This position reports to the management team.

Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Background check required
- Certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate, or equivalent
- American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, or equivalent
- American Red Cross Standard First Aid, or equivalent
