We are seeking a cleared SAP Basis SME to lead SAP ECC to Suite on HANA migrations on AWS in secure federal and DoD environments. This role is hands‑on and migration‑focused, supporting mission‑critical SAP landscapes with an emphasis on Oracle‑to‑HANA conversions, AWS architecture, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end ECC → S/4HANA migrations using SUM, DMO (including DMO with System Move), and SWPM
- Perform HANA sizing and translate requirements into SAP‑certified AWS EC2 architectures
- Design and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions on AWS
- Execute cutovers, downtime optimization, and post‑migration validation
- Support and enhance automation using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code
- Operate in secure, compliance‑driven environments (DoD, FedRAMP, ITAR)
What You Bring
- 8+ years of SAP Basis experience with multiple Oracle → HANA migrations
- Strong hands‑on experience with S/4HANA, HANA administration, and SAP on AWS
- Experience in cleared government or defense environments
- Active or eligible Security Clearance required (Secret minimum; higher a plus)
- Linux administration experience (RHEL / Oracle Linux)

- SAP HANA or S/4HANA certifications
- AWS certifications
- Automation, scripting, or Terraform experience
