**Responsibilities: **
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, inspections, and ensuring the exterior appearance of our managed properties.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as filter changes, plumbing and electrical inspections, and overall apartment condition review.
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Ensuring the exterior appearance of properties is well-maintained, including mowing, trimming, bush trimming, landscape bed maintenance, and parking lots.
- Conducting regular trash pick-up to maintain the cleanliness of inside and outside common areas.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any issues to the property manager.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
**Qualifications: **
-Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is beneficial; however, we highly value candidates with no experience who show a strong willingness to undergo training.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them.
- Excellent customer service skills to meet the needs of property residents and our clients.
- Ability to handle a physical workload and perform tasks requiring manual labor.
- Clean driving record and ability to operate company-provided vehicles.
