Nanny Wanted — Sweet Triplets (9 Months) | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
InHome Care Solutions is helping a wonderful local family find an experienced, loving nanny for their 9-month-old triplets. This is a full-time, daytime position perfect for a caregiver who is calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys multiples, and thrives on routine.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hrs/week)
Start Date: August 1
Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Full care for all three babies: feeding, diapering, naps, tummy time, and developmental play
- Preparing and serving meals/bottles for all three (staggered or simultaneous, per family routine)
- Light meal prep for the children (purees, solids, bottle prep/sterilizing)
- Maintaining feeding, sleep, and diaper logs
- Tidying play areas and the kitchen after meals
- Engaging, hands-on care tummy time, sensory play, and age-appropriate stimulation
Must Haves:
- 3–5 years of experience in childcare (nanny experience preferred)
- Multiples (twin/triplet) experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR/infant safety certification
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage the physical demands of caring for three babies at once
- Excellent communication with parents daily updates on feeding, sleep, and milestones
- Warm, patient, and energetic temperament
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
