We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, sales-oriented candidates to join our VIP Host team. This is not a restaurant host position — it is a nightlife sales and leadership role with high earning potential and a direct path into management for top performers.
VIP Sales Hosts are responsible for driving revenue, elevating guest experience, and supporting nightly club operations. We will train first-time managers who bring strong sales skills and a winning attitude. Pay is base plus tips.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell Private rooms.
- Greet, host, and escort VIP guests; deliver personalized, high-end service.
- Oversee private dances.
- Manage payments, room timing, and nightly logistics.
- Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience preferred.
- Confident, outgoing personality; strong closer.
- At least 21 years old.
- Available nights and weekends.
- Professional presence and leadership potential.
